Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched on regular business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. For custom commissions, your confirmed production timeline applies.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer standard and expedited shipping within India. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and declared value of your order.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order specifications.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard international: 15–30 days
- Express international: 7–14 days
All delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Global logistics can be affected by customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay and provide a revised ETA.
Tracking
Every order is dispatched with a tracking number, sent to your registered email address once your package is on its way.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Carvora Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have concerns.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it, or before the item is dispatched — whichever is earlier. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
For confirmed cancellations, we will refund the full order amount less any applicable transaction and payment processing fees, which vary by payment method.
Custom commission orders cannot be cancelled once carving has begun, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Returns — Damaged Items
If your piece arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs clearly showing the damage
- A brief description of the condition
We will assess the damage and offer one of the following resolutions, at your discretion:
- A replacement piece (where available)
- A partial or full refund
- A repair, where feasible
Limited edition pieces cannot be replaced like-for-like but will be refunded in full if received in damaged condition.
Returns — Change of Mind
Because each piece is handcrafted and unique, we do not accept returns for change of mind on standard collection items. For custom commissions, once a design is approved, work proceeds at your commitment.
If you have concerns about a piece before purchasing, please reach out — we are happy to provide additional photographs, dimensions, or video.
