The Commission Process
Step 1 — Tell Us Your Idea. Reach out via WhatsApp or email. Share any reference images, dimensions, materials preferences, or simply a description. There are no wrong starting points.
Step 2 — We Design Together
Our lead artisan will respond with initial sketches or a design brief for your approval. We refine until you're entirely happy before any carving begins.
Step 3 — We Get to Work
Once the design is approved, we begin carving. Depending on complexity, commissions take between two and eight weeks. We keep you updated throughout.
Step 4 — Quality & Sterilisation
The finished piece goes through our three-stage sterilisation process and a final quality inspection by Aqeel Akhtar before packing.
Step 5 — Delivered to Your Door
Your piece is carefully packaged and dispatched with a tracking number. International shipping is available.
